EMDR

I  am a certified EMDR Therapist who is  active in the EMDR community for over 19 years.  EMDR ( Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing) is a effective modality used to decrease negative emotions and triggers within your body  that have been associated with past traumatic events. Using bilateral sound, pulse or eye movements that activate both left and right sides of your brain, I am  able to  replace the negative triggers and feelings with positive, life affirming thoughts.

 EMDR is researched evidence based psychotherapy and used to treat different mental heath issues. If you are experiencing  any of the following symtoms listed below, EMDR might be able to help.

 

Depression, PTSD; Anxiety, Workplace Stress, Relationship problems /Attachment; Grief and Loss.
